1. Operator and Acceptance
NEWWEX is operated by ONE BILLION SOLUTIONS PLT (LLP0005337-LGN), B2-2-3, Solaris Dutamas, No.1, Jalan Dutamas 1, 50480 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. By using our website or services, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please do not use the relevant service.
2. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your login credentials and notifying us if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. You must not impersonate another person, misuse an account or attempt to bypass platform security or access controls.
3. Subscription Price and Duration
The stated NEWWEX subscription price is RM65 for 12 months. The applicable subscription period begins according to the activation or purchase conditions displayed at checkout. Included features, project limits, storage limits and other restrictions may apply to the selected plan.
4. Orders and Payment
Customers should review the product description, total price, applicable charges, payment method, access conditions and relevant purchase terms before completing an order. Orders may be subject to payment verification and confirmation. Do not treat an order as confirmed until confirmation is provided.
5. Digital Products and Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, purchasing a digital product grants the customer only the licence or usage rights described on the relevant product page. Purchase does not automatically transfer copyright or ownership of intellectual property. Customers must comply with the applicable licence and must not unlawfully reproduce, redistribute or resell protected content.
6. Customer Content and Acceptable Use
You are responsible for the content you create, upload or publish through NEWWEX and for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to use it. You must not use the platform to distribute unlawful content, infringe third-party rights, deceive others, introduce malicious code or interfere with platform security or availability.
7. Availability and Changes
We may maintain, update or modify platform features to improve security and service quality. We will take reasonable steps to address material service issues, subject to applicable law and the terms of the purchased product or subscription. No specific feature or uninterrupted availability is promised unless expressly stated in the relevant offer.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
Subscription cancellation and refund requests are handled according to the Refund & Return Policy and any additional conditions disclosed before purchase. Any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
9. Third-Party Services
NEWWEX may use or link to third-party services, payment providers or external websites. Their services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services to the extent permitted by law.
